Using the site

Browse it, read it, buy from it. Do not scrape it wholesale, resell the text, or use it to build a competing catalog. Ordinary quoting with a link back is fine and welcome.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and change without notice. A confirmation email means we received the order, not that we accepted it. If a price is obviously wrong through a mistake on our side, we will cancel and refund rather than pretend, and we will tell you what happened.

Stock counts can lag by a few hours during busy periods. When something sells out between your click and our warehouse, you get an email with a date or a refund, your choice.

Product information

Specifications, box contents and measurements come from the manufacturer and can change between production runs. Photographs are lit for clarity and colors shift slightly between screens. Where a number matters to your decision, ask us and we will check the current run before you order.

The articles on this site describe equipment and routines. They are not medical advice, they are not a substitute for a lactation consultant, a pediatrician or your own clinician, and no page here can know anything about your situation. Storage times quoted follow published CDC guidance and are reproduced for convenience, not as our own recommendation.

Liability

We stand behind the products and the warranty terms on the returns page. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the item involved. Nothing here limits rights that state law gives you and does not allow us to remove.

Intellectual property

Text, photographs and page design belong to us or our suppliers. Brand names mentioned belong to their owners and appear for identification.

Governing law

These terms are read under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

Terms can be updated. The version live when you place an order is the one that governs it.
