What we collect, why we collect it, and how to get rid of it.
Orders exist to be fulfilled, and that is the whole reason for the first group. Usage data tells us which pages answer the question and which ones people leave immediately. We do not sell personal information, and we have no interest in building a profile of anyone's feeding schedule.
This site sells equipment and publishes guides about using it. We do not ask for, and do not want, health information about you or your child. Please do not send medical records or clinical details to support, because we cannot use them and would rather not hold them.
Order records stay for seven years, which is what tax rules require. Support threads are deleted after two years. Analytics is aggregated after 14 months and stops being about any individual after that.
Write to support@lulia-pumps.pages.dev to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with similar laws have these rights by statute; we apply them to everyone because running two systems would be worse for both of us.
Deleting an order record while the order is in transit is not possible. Ask again once it has arrived.
Carriers get the address. The payment processor gets the payment. Analytics runs on aggregated page data. Nobody else receives anything, and none of them are allowed to use it for their own marketing.
The site is meant for adults buying equipment. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the bottom of the page changes with it and anyone with an open order gets an email.
