What to have ready

• The order number, or the email address the order was placed with.
• The model code from the pump body. On wearables it is printed under the battery panel.
• For anything about suction, the flange size you are using and the level you run.

Those three lines save a whole round of emails. Roughly half the suction complaints we handle turn out to be a flange size or a worn valve, and both can be diagnosed from a message if the details are there.
