Transit days start after packing, which takes one business day. An order placed Friday afternoon is packed Monday and moves Tuesday, so plan around that rather than around the checkout date.
A tracking number arrives by email within 24 hours of the label being made. Carriers often take another few hours to show the first scan, so a number that looks dead on the first evening is normal. If it is still dead after two business days, write to us and we will chase it.
All 50 states, the District of Columbia, and APO and FPO addresses by standard service only. PO boxes work for standard shipping. Expedited and overnight need a street address, because those carriers will not deliver to a box.
Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses run slower than the table above regardless of the service picked, usually by two to four days. We do not ship outside the United States at the moment.
Weather and holiday volume are the usual causes, and neither shows up in tracking until the parcel is already sitting somewhere. If a standard order has not moved for four business days, contact us with the order number. Overnight orders that miss their day get the shipping charge refunded.
Photograph the box before opening it if it arrives crushed, then photograph the contents. Both pictures together settle a carrier claim in a day. Without them it turns into a week of arguing.
